How to Set Up Your Chattic Profile

Click on My Account near the top right of the screen to open the navigation menu. Next, click on Account. On the next screen, click on Edit Profile.

From this screen, you can add any personal information that you’d like to share. Be sure to fill in the bio and include a profile picture that best represents you or your shop. Click on Save when you’re happy with your profile.

If you scroll down, you’ll see a section to add your shipping address. Once it’s time to ship your orders, the system will use this address to calculate your shipping cost. If you ship from multiple locations, no worries; you can always enter whichever address you’re using during the shipping label purchase process. Once you begin typing your address, you should be able to select it from the resulting dropdown. Click on the Save button and you’re all set!
